They will be held on a Thursday evening each week. Please note that some weeks it may be necessary to move the call to a Wednesday evening.
Yes although you are encouraged to show up to the calls to get the most out of this 12 week programme. This is also where you will get the most value.
This is a 90 day coaching programme with weekly calls. You will have continued access to the workbook and materials and also replay of the calls.
